Who's who in CPI
CPI is a charitable company. Its board of charitable trustees have the overall responsibility for the Initiative.

The day to day leadership of CPI is undertaken by its Executive Director, Roger Chilvers.
Roger works in fellowship with COUNTIES. Besides being the Director of CPI, he is an Elder at Hillview Evangelical Church, Hucclecote, Gloucester, which has planted a new church on a nearby housing estate.
Roger says, 'Whilst there is a need for buildings and programmes, the great need is for people, committed to God and called by Him to the work, and for the finance to support them. This is God's business and we are excited at the possibilities.'
Mike Peach is responsible for the administration of the Church Planting Initiative. After a working life spent mostly in local government legal services, Mike joined CPI in October 2000. He is married to Alison and they have four grown-up children. Mike is an elder of West End Chapel at Fareham where they have worshipped for over 20 years. He enjoys cricket and reading.
