The Church was founded out of the "ashes" of a Church which closed down in 1999. For the following 6 years Glebe Chapel, Newent took it under it's wing and maintained a witness and then the new Church was officially launched in March 2006. Andy is married to Isobel and we have three energetic and fantastic children, Sophie (11) Chloe (8) and Bethany (7). Andy has been in full time ministry for two years but has been in part time Christian Ministry for over 6 years. This is the second church plant that he has led with a small group of people originally from Wall Heath Evangelical Church. Crestwood church was established in April 2006 and currently along with CPI gives Lakeside its accountability and support. Andy is still an elder with Crestwood Church and will remain in this role until Lakeside becomes independent.
